Cancellation and Payment Policy

Hi Everyone

Whilst a cancellation policy isn’t the nicest thing in the world, it is however necessary.

I am empathetic that life throws us curve balls and there will be times that you cannot make your appointment.  I am therefore trying to be fair to everyone as everyone’s time is important, including mine.

Therefore, please read the following very carefully

  • Pre-payment is required at time of booking in order to secure your appointment.  If the booking is not made online, then payment must be made within 48 hours of email confirmation.  When booking you will be directed to PayPal.  If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact me prior to booking.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be refunded 100% of your total  
  • Should you cancel within 24 hours, you will be refunded 50% of your total.  
  • If you simply do not show up, the appointment is forfeit and there will be no refund.
  • If your appointment is part of a pre-booked course and you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, you will be entitled to rebook that appointment within 28 days of the original date without forfeit. If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours, the appointment is forfeited.

Obviously if something happens that is out of your control, please contact me as soon as you can.
